‘Other’ institutional arbitration fees and expenses

From time to time NZDRC is asked to administer an arbitration under institutional rules other than the NZDRC Arbitration Rules, for example, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

For an arbitration conducted under such institutional rules, any arbitrator will typically be remunerated based on either an hourly or daily rate for any work reasonably carried out in relation to their appointment as arbitrator and NZDRC will be entitled to be paid an administration fee.

For any case of this nature, please ask our Registry staff in the first instance for more detailed information about fees and expenses.
