Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, you must serve the Notice of Adjudication within 5 working from the date when such Notice was served on the other party/parties.
You are eligible to apply for our fixed fee scheme for Low Value Claims (LVC). This scheme is suitable for claims of low complexity with no onsite inspection or conference of the parties. The parties must agree to refer a dispute to Contractual Adjudication. We are unable to appoint an adjudicator unless the parties have agreed to refer the dispute to Contractual Adjudication. You must serve a Notice of Dispute on the other party to the dispute before submitting this application for dispute resolution. We cannot process your application until this has been completed. You may then proceed to make your application no longer than five working days after service of the Notice of Dispute.
