Set out in this section are a series of template documents, which comply with the requirements of the NZDRC Arbitration (Arb-Med) Rules, which you may download and use free of charge. This library is regularly updated to ensure our forms and precedents remain current and comply with any statutory amendments. As such, we would advise you to return to this page each time you wish to access any of these documents so that you can be sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the document.
Arbitration (Arb-Med) Agreement
To use arbitration (arb-med) to resolve your dispute, you first need an agreement to submit your dispute to that process. If you have the NZDRC Model Arbitration (Arb-Med) Clause in your contract you can rely on that. However, if you do not, parties can still agree to submit their dispute to arbitration (arb-med) by completing and signing the NZDRC Arbitration (Arb-Med) Agreement.

Notice of Arbitration (Arb-Med)
To initiate arbitration, your first step is to serve a Notice of Arbitration (Arb-Med) on every other party to the dispute.
