Barbara has worked as a mediator for fifteen years since completing a Diploma in Dispute Resolution at Massey University in 1995. Her experience includes ten years as a Disputes Tribunal Referee, eight years as a Weathertight Homes mediator, and four years as a contract mediator for Dispute Resolution Service. She is a member of the LEADR Advanced Panel of mediators and a Fellow of AMINZ, and has assisted at Massey University and with LEADR as a Mediation Coach.
