Barbara Hunt is a barrister in Wellington, commercial litigator, criminal trial barrister, arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator under the Construction Contracts Act 2002. She is co-author of Green & Hunt Arbitration Law and Practice, Thomson/Brookers, first published in 1993, reissued 2007. She has taught Commercial Dispute Resolution and Arbitration for the University of Auckland. Barbara is on the panel of LEADR advanced mediators. She is a foundation member and former Council member of AMINZ, fellow and panel member of AMINZ for both mediation and arbitration, and she is fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
