Transformative Mediation: Core Principles and Practice
The Seminar will be conducted by the founding father of transformative mediation and co-author of the book "The Promise of Mediation: Responding to Conflict Through Empowerment and Recognition" and "The Promise of Mediation: The Transformative Approach to Conflict", which represents the ground literature work concerning transformative mediation, and honored guest speaker at The First International Congress of Transformative Mediation in Ljubljana, Joseph P. Folger.

The board of the National Mediation Conference invites you to participate in Australia's premier conference on dispute resolution. The 11th National Mediation Conference will be held from 10 to 13 September 2012 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, New South Wales.
The working theme of the conference is: Emerging dynamics in mediation—new thinking, new practices, new relationships. The proposed conference program will be carried across four streams: culture, community, commerce and competence; with a broad range of topics including, but not limited to:
